"Success with GRACE" Taster
My "Success with Grace" Taster workshop is half-day in duration for up to 30 people.
It is typically booked by companies who wish to enhance the well-being of their employees as well as aiming to seek productivity improvements through better time management.
The workshop can be run onsite at your company premises, offsite at a nearby hotel or in my training facilities and offices located in Leeds/Sheffield.

"Success with GRACE" Yellow Belt
The "Success with Grace" Yellow belt is a One FULL Day workshop that builds on the fundamentals discussed in the taster workshop.
During the course of the day we “deep dive” into each module introduced in the taster workshop and develop the concepts and management strategies further, supported by plenty of case examples and real life experiences.
It is a very rewarding experience and is offered with complementary lunch for the delegates or can be delivered as a virtual workshop for clients located anywhere in the world.

Course Delivery
Before attending the course, each delegate is asked to complete an "in-take" form (extract shown to the right). This form helps the individual communicate his/her goals and expectations therefore forming the foundation point for the learning objectives.
Each taught module starts with a microteaching and practical demonstration of the exercise, followed by break out groups to discuss and return to the main group to share learning.
A workbook also accompanies the programme, which is filled in during the session.
A certificate of attendance with Continuing Education Award (CEA) awards for the participating Optometrist’s and 4 Continuous Professional development (CPD) points accredited by the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.

By the end of the full day "Success with Grace" yellow belt coaching program the delegate will;
- Have the tools to create time in your busy schedule for “me” time (to do things that you enjoy)
- Set motivating achievable goals to progress your career and current “top of mind” issue
- You will revisit the art of excellent communication skills, and experience the impact of active listening on the quality of team relationships (because better quality relationships lead to better outcomes and increased joy at work)
- Have awareness of your limiting beliefs and change them into empowering beliefs
- Be better at saying “No” to things that are not aligned with your goals
- Have a reliable system that you can use when a conflict or stressful situation arises, this will help you to reduce stress and deliver better outcomes in a stressful situation
